Click the help menu on your screen from the main dashboard, alternatively you can click the question mark in the bottom left corner of your screen and it will open the same interface.
Highlight and click the support icon through this menu.
Enter the details in the text fields below, include your name, email, subject, your issue and include any files that may be helpful to our team to get your issue resolved. Click submit 'ticket' when you're done. Thanks a lot for helping us improve Searchie!
